Practice Areas

Mary Simon is a St. Louis trial lawyer at Simon Law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago and her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. Simon Law is a nationally recognized civil-litigation firm, where Mary represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Mary’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including trucking and motor-vehicle collisions, medical negligence, birth injury negligence, sexual assault and abuse, and other serious injury matters. She regularly handles cases involving severe and permanent injuries, disputed liability, and substantial damages, and she has played a key role in numerous significant verdicts and settlements.

In addition to her trial practice, Mary Simon is deeply committed to teaching and mentorship. As an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy, she emphasizes practical courtroom skills, persuasive storytelling, and ethical, client-centered advocacy. She is passionate about helping students develop confidence in the courtroom and learn how to translate legal theory into effective trial practice. Mary has lectured on various aspects of civil trial advocacy and jury persuasion.
